We encourage you to purchase at least 10% extra yarn for those big projects, just to be sure you do not run out.  We will gladly exchange unused/unopened/unwound/full skeins, in saleable condition within six (6) months of your purchase.  Please present your receipt for an exchange.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

 

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

 

What is your return policy? 

 

We encourage you to purchase at least 10% extra yarn for those big projects, just to be sure you do not run out.  We will gladly exchange unused/unopened/unwound/full skeins, in saleable condition within six (6) months of your purchase.  Please present your receipt for an exchange. 

 

How quickly will I receive my order? 

 

If we are delivering to the metro-Denver area, you should receive your order within 3-4 business days.  If we are shipping outside the metro-Denver area, we will get your package to the shipper within 1-2 business days, and you should receive it within 8-9 business days.

What shipping options (and rates) do you offer? 

 

We prefer to use USPS when we can, but will also ship UPS on occasion. 

 

What should I do if my item is damaged?

 

Please let us know immediately, and we will contact shipper to file a damage claim.  Hold on to the package, shipper may want to inspect it.

 

What if my item doesn’t arrive?

 

Please let us know, and we will contact shipper to track the package. 

Can I order an item as a gift?

 

Yes, we can ship your gift with a gift receipt.
